The Ideal

I love all flowers, but there is just something about an orchid that makes a space feel complete. Elliott brought this home for me today and I had just the spot for it, Here's a photo

It has been a hectic couple of months.... Elliot and I adopted an italian greyhound, Adler (I picked the name)... I listed (and sold) my townhouse in under a month (CRAZY) My parents are in the process of building their new home (their old one sold in 2 weeks)... oh, and I accepted a new job at a small residential design firm, i'm super excited! i'll start blogging again about Elliott and I redoing our place, the new build, and some of my project. here is a sneak peak of our guest room:

My brother and Jeannie got married! It was a beautiful ceremony, on the water, surrounded by people they love. Congratulations guys, I love you! and the photo booth was tons of fun!
